More than all the good works you do for getting good reward from God, make sure you forgive all the people from your heart and do not have any grudge over anyone about anything. This is most important to God and it is good for you too; because if you have bitterness about anyone, it will defile you and will affect your health also. Many in the Body of Christ suffer because they cannot forgive someone, particularly people who are very close, like their spouse or siblings. All because of such small cause you might end up in hell separated from God forever. You should forgive as the Lord God forgave you of all the sins you committed.

The Right To Become Children Of God

God gave the privilege to those, who receive Jesus and believe in the Name of His only begotten child Jesus Christ, to be His children. For others, who do not believe in Jesus but use His Name in vain and as a curse word, God still remains the Creator and they are all accountable to God for all the vain words they spoke against His Son and will come under judgement. But for those who believe, they all will become His Royal family and all the blessings and grace are added to them.

All Things Are Possible To Him Who Believes

All things are possible to him who believes (Mark 9:23). If Jesus is the One who is saying it then it should be so. Because all things are possible to Him who believes with us and makes all things happen for us. That is what Jesus also meant when He said we can do greater things than Him (John 14:12-14). Our God made us one with Jesus so that we can be like God Himself in this world. How many of us know this truth and realised our potential to be like Jesus Himself? We are supposed to be acting like we have all the possibilities, just by believing.

Self-Righteousness Is Filthy Rags

In the churches we teach moral science thinking that God will be pleased if we live a moral life and try our best; even though they know, the one who preaches and the one who hears, all fail to be excellent to the standard God expects. Jesus said your righteousness should exceed the Scribes and the Pharisees, so we think we should try to do more (Matthew 5:20). But to God all our righteous deeds are filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6). Then think about the unrighteousness that dwell in us knowingly and unknowingly, so see how bad is our position! Therefore let us give up trying to be righteous by our own good works but receive the gift of God’s righteousness by faith.

Power Of Christ In Our Weaknesses

Our bodily weaknesses are problematic to us but for God they are not because Jesus’ grace is sufficient for us. In our weaknesses God’s full power can manifest which cannot otherwise. That is why God has chosen the foolish to put to shame the wise and the weak to put to shame the mighty (1 Corinthians 1:27). So if you are interested in doing great things for the Lord, then you do not limit yourselves thinking of your weaknesses. Actually your weaknesses are the plus points to you, in the Kingdom of God, to be used mightily. I have heard many saints are used in the area, where they were particularly very weak, to the Glory of God. So be encouraged, you are very well qualified.

Looking For The Blessed Hope

What is the blessed hope for us according to the Bible is that, our Great God and Saviour Jesus Christ is coming for us who gave Himself for our redemption and purified as His own special people, to zealously do good deeds. Titus 2:13-14. Hallelujah! We should know our responsibilities that come with by being a special people to God. It is not just an existence in this wold, as other peoples, doing our own personal things. But live with zeal for the kingdom of God to be established here and now. Not die and go there to heaven.

Genealogy From Adam To Jesus

God started the human race by creating Adam as the first man in His own image and he was called son of God because he came from God. And the genealogy continues till Jesus who is the Son of God. God ended right here with Jesus redeeming the human race which was fallen and completed the genealogy. “Jesus, when he began his ministry, was about thirty years of age, being the son (as was supposed) of Joseph, the son of Heli, ……….the son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God.” Luke 3:23, 38 (ESV) So now if you are in Christ Jesus you come under God’s Royal Family; otherwise you are left behind.

We children of God being many are body parts to One Body in Christ Jesus, who is the Head not Mary as some say. “For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Saviour.”Ephesians 5:23( ESV) We are the members who have different parts to play. So if you are connected to Body of Jesus we should be following the functions that are mentioned Viz- prophesying, ministering, teaching, exhorting, giving, leading and showing mercy.

Faith Comes By Hearing The Word Of Christ

Faith is the currency that we need in the Kingdom of God. Jesus could do miracles and healings only to the people who put their faith in Him otherwise no virtue or power passed from Him to others who did not have faith. That is why we should do everything to build our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord not on anybody or anything else. People operate in faith but in the wrong places. How to build faith in Christ Jesus? Word says, faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

Whoever Is Born Of God Cannot Sin

When we come into this world we are born in flesh and blood but all of us have to be born of God to enter into the Kingdom of God. To as many as received Himself and believe in His Name to them Jesus gave right to become children of God, who are now born, not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God (John1:12-13). So now if you are born of God you will not sin and you cannot sin because God’s incorruptible seed is in you.
