Weep for yourself and for your children:
“But Jesus, turning to them, said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For indeed the days are coming in which they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, wombs that never bore, and breasts which never nursed!’ Then they will begin ‘to say to the mountains, “Fall on us!” and to the hills, “Cover us!” ’ For if they do these things in the green wood, what will be done in the dry?”” Luke 23:28-31 (NKJV)
The days are here when the end time difficulties as well as end time revivals are happening simultaneously. We have to fast and pray for us, the next generation and generations to come. Jesus said we have to cry for our children’s salvation so that they should not be carried away by the swaying of this world. You will be blessed if you live a set apart life from the worldly routine and sit at the feet of God meditating His words and praying with tears.
On their part JESUS is blasphemed, but on your part JESUS is glorified:
“Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.” 1 Peter 4:12-14 (NKJV); Philippians 1:27-28(NKJV)
First of all expect very difficult life mentally and physically, because the world is going in one direction and your path is in the opposite direction so they think you are on the wrong. Secondly you go through all harsh people and situations with gladness and exceeding joy, because you are blessed and the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. Let the Name of Jesus be glorified through you. Hallelujah!
Time has come for judgement to begin at the House of God:
“But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters. Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?” Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator. 1 Peter 4:15-19 (NKJV)
Yes, we are saved by the Grace of God, putting our faith in the finished work of the Cross by Jesus. Yet we are supposed to live a sacrificial and suffering life walking with godly fear and dedication. We cannot live the old life which we all lived before coming to Christ Jesus, but should live a fully transformed life, by the power of the Holy Spirit who is now dwelling in us. Our words and deeds always should be committed to do the good, pleasing and perfect Will of God.
