Every believer has to know the will of God for his life to be fruitful and worthy of the Lord fully pleasing to Him. Jesus said “The world and its desire pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.” – 1John 2:17. Without the help of Holy Spirit one can never do the will of God properly. Rom. 8:26,27 & 1 Cor. 6-16
Fear of God: “Do not call conspiracy everything that these people call conspiracy, do not fear what they fear and do not dread it. The Lord Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, He is the one you are to fear, He is the one you are to dread.” – Isaiah 8:11-13. If you do that, you do not have to fear for other things in this world – such us death, disease, thieves, witch-crafts, envious acts of other people. Jesus’ precious blood made us have peace with God, only if you believe. Col. 1: 15-19
Obedience: You should obey all God’s commandments John 14:15-18 & 1 John 2:5 To know God’s commandments one should know what the Bible teaches. Do not rely what you hear from others in bits here and there on what the Bible teaches and make your own conclusions. Learn by yourselves from Bible with the help of the Holy Spirit. John 16:5-16 , 1 John 2:3-6 & Luke 11:27,28.
Allow God to correct you: God corrects you because He considers you as his own sons and daughters. Heb. 12:5-8, 28,29. He does that through Word of God, songs, sermons, friends and relatives, pricking of our own consciences. And what we have to do is to introspect critically and correct ourselves. Eph. 5:15-21

Show love: If you say you love God then you will be loving all the people around you by treating others as yourself. If you don’t you are cheating yourself. Mat. 22:37-40 & 1 John 3:14,15 21-24 . God has given this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother. 1 John 4: 16-21
In all things give thanks: Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thes 5:18-22 & Hab 3:17-19 . And the God of peace will be with you. Phil 4:6-9
Do not be a hindrance to others: So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Do not cause anyone to stumble. 1 Cor. 10:31-33, 9:12 & Mark 9:12 . Don’t go after selfish pursuits for publicity or fame; let only God’s name be glorified. Do not hinder the Gospel with your words or deeds. Do not talk against those missionaries who work for the Gospel and make yourself liable for God’s wrath.
Preach the Gospel: Jesus commanded us to preach the Gospel. Mat 28:18-20 & Mark 16:15, 16 . Do not think Jesus said these words to His twelve disciples alone. Those who follow Jesus are His disciples and by that definition all of us believers are also His disciples called to follow in His foot steps 1 John 2:6. Pray, go forth, send and give for the Gospel. Do something for the Kingdom.
Even though we may fail at times to do and walk in the will of God, never give up. We should go on trying to do God’s will. Jesus rewards those who give their best – those who like to go the extra mile – for He promises to lead us and make us stand spotless in the presence of God. Col 1;22, & Jude 17-25 Glory to His Holy Name. Thank you Jesus.
