Keys of the Kingdom of Heaven in disciple’s hands:
“Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”” Matthew 16:13-20(NKJV); Matthew 18:18-20(NKJV)
Jesus had given us His word that the gates of hell cannot stand and that would be so. We should not be bothered about the enemy’s plans, but use the keys of the kingdom of heaven. If you are a disciple, then you have the authority in Jesus Name whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. We should make use of our authority, the keys of the kingdom of heaven, to make this happen. Having the keys and not using is the condition of the Body of Christ now.
Keys of Hades & of Death in Jesus’ Hands:
“And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.” Revelation 1:9-20(NKJV) ; Revelation 3:7(NKJV)
John, who was Jesus’ disciple was taken up to heaven and saw Jesus in His glory and heard His instructions; for the last days, what to be done with the church and the rest of the revelations, about the end time’s events. Jesus now has the keys of hell and of death. The war has been won and we have a defeated foe, the devil. We have a victorious Master and Saviour Jesus to serve. So be rest assured that we are on the Winner’s side.
“And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.” Revelation 12:7-12(NKJV)
