“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.” Hebrews 13:8-9 (NKJV)
Jesus only brought Grace of God into the world:
When you see Jesus saying something in the Word, believe that: because He never changes His mind, but keeps His part faithfully and He is able. Jesus Christ is the One who brought Grace into this world, until then humans understood Law that says, ‘Do good, get good; Do bad, get bad’. Whereas the Lord Jesus, as God manifested in flesh, brought the heart of God, which is ready to show Grace, if we run to Him when we sin, and not run away from Him as Adam & Eve did; only then we get to have, ‘Good, which we do not deserve, for bad’!! This is our Gospel, the Good news!
“And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.” John 1:16-18 (NKJV)
Law was given through Moses, because the people were unruly in their behaviour and full of pride and thought they could do all things God told them to do. But when they tried to do the Law given by Moses all of them failed including Moses; because they did not realise that they are in sin and lost the glory of God upon them. So Grace and Truth came through Jesus, who gave forgiveness for the sins committed by the people nonstop, and gave freedom by not condemning them, resulting in a lot of joy; peace and rejoicing came upon the people, who could believe in His Grace.
Our hearts should be established by Grace of God:
Let our hearts be established in this grace: meditate on the unmerited favour of God upon us day and night, so that we receive this new doctrine that we get all good things from God – good treatment, lot of help empowering us to get all good things pertaining to life and godliness in the place of all bad things we bankrupt people have. Life full of freedom and joy which you will never get, if you are under any other teachings. Many sermons are going on as motivational speech, but you end up empty; because you are not receiving the abundant supply of Grace and the gift of righteousness that comes through Christ Jesus only.
“For if by the one man’s offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.” Romans 5:17 (NKJV)
