“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?” Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith.” Hebrews 13:5-7 (ESV)
Jesus said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you”:
What a wonderful God and Saviour we have in Jesus Christ! This statement from our Lord Jesus settles all the doubts and fears we have in this world. If we have Jesus in our lives, we have nothing to fear, so make sure you have received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and you are not on your own. Submit to His Lordship yourself and all the things you do. Do not be worried about your shortcomings, which is not a problem or hinderance to the Lord. He can make you perfect, empower you and use you. Once you are saved He is never going to leave you nor forsake you, because He has sent His Holy Spirit to be with you always. Get the anointing of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues; which all His disciples received, as the Lord promised them tarrying in Jerusalem. And also all the people came to them were baptised in water and the Holy Spirit. Luke 24:36-49(ESV)
We say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”:
Now with the anointing of the Holy Spirit residing in us, we can also say, taking the Lord Jesus on our side that we are not afraid and what man can do to us. This kind of boldness is what the Lord Jesus wanted His disciples to have and they had once they were anointed by the Holy Spirit power. We should also face all difficult people and all the difficulties in our life. If anyone comes against you or anything goes wrong, immediately we should not be afraid or lose heart; you have the Lord God Himself with you; so sit calmly pray and get instructions from Him and do accordingly. While praying you get a promise from God, you put your faith in it and believing you will receive the miracles. God wants us to support Him with our faith in His miraculous so that He can do it. John 11:21-27; 40(ESV)
