“Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen. He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”” Mark 16:14-18(NIV)
1. Saved:
Here Jesus is clearly saying if you believe that He died for your sins, rose again to give you eternal life and have taken baptism then you are saved. If you have not believed or taken the water baptism then you are not saved.
2. Preach the Gospel:
All believers carry the responsibility of preaching the Gospel to all creation. Many are satisfied by supporting some evangelists. No all of you should preach about Jesus to those surround you at home, school or workplace.
3. Drive out Demons:
If you are the so called saved believer then you can drive out demons. In your presence demons will manifest too because the Spirit of God is in you and so the evil spirit will fear. Every believer has authority to drive them out in Jesus’ mighty Name.
4. Speak in New Tongues:
Every believer got to be anointed by the Holy Spirit and speak in unknown language and pray. If anyone has not received this New language, do not give up, but pray, ask and practice till you receive.
5. Pick up snakes in their hands:
Believers are not affected by the poisonous insects or viruses. Testimonies are there that the believers are not affected by contagious diseases.
6. Not hurt by Deadly poisons:
Believers are not affected by food poisons and should not be bothered about what we should eat and what not. Nothing will hurt at all.
7. Sick people get healed by laying hands:
From the believers body God’s virtue will flow like it did with Jesus and heal the sick person. So pray and lay hands on sick for them to be healed.
