Abound in hope:
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13 (NKJV)
We should be full of Hope all the time by the power of the Holy Spirit working in us. Because God Himself is in us as Holy Spirit then how can things go wrong. So no matter how much worse the situation looks like, our God is able to bring us out of it. “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:31-32 (NKJV)
Rejoice in hope:
“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” Romans 5:1-2, 5 (NKJV)
We were made peace with God by the sacrifice and shedding of the blood of Jesus. God’s anger is satisfied by Jesus’ obedience and so we, who believe in Him are all set free. So we can rejoice in this hope and receive all the grace available to us from our Father God. This hope we have in God through Jesus Christ will not disappoint us because the love of God is poured out into our heart by the power of the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Glory to God!
Wait in hope:
“Not only that, but we also who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.” Romans 8:23-25 (NKJV)
Now we all wait in hope, even the whole creation of God along with us, for the redemption of our body and physical things from fallen stage, which is right now. We wait for Jesus to come again as King of Kings and Lord of Lords to rule over this whole world from Jerusalem. When our King Jesus rules, we will also rule with Him and the world will be restored back to its original state as it was created by God and there will be no evil, that was created by the evil one, the devil.
““For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing, And her people a joy. I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying. The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, The lion shall eat straw like the ox, And dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” Says the Lord.” Isaiah 65:17-19, 25 (NKJV) Isaiah 11:1-9(NKJV)
