Jesus’ Words are Spirit:
“And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”” Mark 4:26-29 (NKJV)
This is very encouraging to the preachers and evangelists who might be wondering what is happening to all the Word of Jesus Christ I studied, prepared and delivered, but people seem to listen yet when are they going to receive the benefits? The Lord explains saying the seeds, His Words sown surely sprout and grow no one knows, but it grows steadily and brings fruits. So prayers should go on to the Lord as if you are watering the seeds and plants as they grow and thank God continuously expecting big harvest. In God’s Kingdom nothing goes waste so all our hard works to spread the Gospel will surely bring Great Revival. There is no doubt about it.
“Then He said, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.”” Mark 4:30-32 (NKJV)
Jesus’ Words are life:
One right Word of Christ given to someone who is in need or hurting definitely gives them comfort and refuge to have faith, to hope for good and be ready to receive the needed miracles. Upon the Word of Christ Jesus we can trust and rest. Because He Himself spoke, demonstrated and gave the same power to us by the Holy Spirit to operate and receive. “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.”John 6:63 (NKJV) True disciples of Jesus should empower themselves not only to preach but also demonstrate, so that many souls can come, trust and receive the benefits of the abundant life—life and immortality, which Jesus Christ came to give to those who believe. It is the truth which He swore in His own Name, the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, it is impossible for God to lie.
“Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.” Hebrews 6:17-20 (NKJV)
