What is Faith? We should have faith in God and faith in Jesus and that is not enough, we should have faith in our words and in our prayers! “So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:22-24 (NKJV)
How faith works? Speaking the word of faith. God created the whole universe by just speaking to it. Only to creat man he used mud and put His breath into it therefore mankind was made in His own image. We should make our own words work for us as God did. This is very simple and effective. “But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):” Romans 10:8 (NKJV)
Vain words: Not word has some power. Word is power. Use that for you. Do not use against you by speaking vain words. People think it is cool and funny to say all negative words. Beware your vain words not only affect others they affect yourself and you lose confidence in your own words. And when you pray to God with words from the Bible in your heart doubt comes whether they are of any use.
God’s Words: Speaking and prophesying God’s words over you and others make all the positive effects on others and they are edified too, and when you pray to God powerful faith raise up within you and the blessings come down effortlessly as the Lord Jesus explained to His disciples to practice. “And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.” Luke 17:5-6 (NKJV)
