Our Gospel to the world should be, if we come to Jesus we will have eternal life, that is, immortality. Instead we gave an opinion that we should live a moral life and that is enough to have life here. This is why no one is interested in listening to us, saying even our religion is telling the same. We too never talk about a life after death, which is available only through Jesus. Because Jesus alone has immortality and He alone is able to give to those who believe. “Saviour Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel,” 2 Timothy 1:10 (NKJV)

Doing Good & Suffering Is Commendable Before God

We are in the world, where people do all wrong things, yet demand justice, claiming as if it is their right to do whatever they want in this world, escaping all responsibilities and living a carefree life. But our Lord Jesus Christ set us an example to suffer doing good. We, as children of God, should make this our lifestyle to go around doing good, as the true followers of Jesus Christ. What is so great about being bad and ultimately getting punished? Yes, punishment is definitely following those who do bad things. But when you do good, yet you are punished and suffering patiently, this is commendable before God.

God Always Leads Us In Triumph In Christ Jesus

God wins always and if you are on God’s side in Christ Jesus, He will lead you in triumph. So we got to make sure we are doing what God wants us to do and do with the rules and instructions He has given in the Word of God. Many say it is not practical to do what God commanded to do, then such people cannot walk in triumph. God abides His own rules and He cannot help those who do not follow those rules and regulations. God is gracious and kind, but He will not encourage or tolerate unruly and ungodly behaviours. So the preaching of gospel is fragrance of Christ— aroma of life among those who are saved, and aroma of death among those who are perishing.

God Has Not Given Us A Spirit Of Bondage Again To Fear

Lot of things that are happening in the world make people to fear and nowadays only fearful news are spread all over the world. People go on listening and their hearts are troubled all the time and that is why many saints of God live a set apart, holy life from media, so that they can keep their hearts pure and bold meditating on the Word of God more and more. This way the spirit of fear do not take over them but the Spirit of power, love and sound mind dominate them, so that they can live a powerful and supernatural life, for God has not given us a spirit of fear.

Walk In Jesus As You Are Complete In Him

Those of you who have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, start walking in Him, rooted in His love, built up by His teachings and established in faith built on His finished work on the Cross; as the way you have been taught by those saints who led you to salvation, abound in those teachings with thanksgiving. Beware, do not be cheated by philosophy and empty words, which are given by traditions of men or basic principles of the world. Those who are born again are not to act as the worldly people do. You are complete in Jesus Christ, who is the head of all principality and power, so start walking according to heavenly ways of doing things.

Jesus Healed All Who Came To Him & To Hear Him

When you read the gospels you can see sick people came to Jesus to hear Him and get healed. There must be many other sick who do not bother to come and seek Jesus and He did not heal them. Multitudes came to hear Him preach and got their faith built up, so later, that helped the sick among them to be healed. Faith comes from hearing the message, the message through the Word of Christ Jesus. (Romans 10:17) This we all Christians should understand and act upon. Just going on involving in your own activities, that looks very righteous to you, and not hearing the Word, but expecting Jesus to heal and set everything right for you is entirely wrong and not biblical.

Jesus, The Son Of God, Came To Destroy The Devil

Jesus came to destroy the devil and the works of the devil, who had power of death. Then the question arises if He had destroyed then why are we facing the opposition by him even now after 2000 years? Good question! Jesus did a perfect job stripping off the authority from the devil and has the Keys of Hades and of Death (Revelation 1:17-18). But now He has given that authority to sons and daughters of God He adopted, His followers, you and me to use this authority to take over the devil, who is a defeated foe. How many of us know that we, Christians have the authority over the devil and death in Jesus’ Name and how many are making best use of it? (Luke 10:19)

The Time Is Short, For The Form Of This World Is Passing Away!

All the prophets in the world are agreeing on one thing that we are living in the end of End-times. All the prophecies in the Bible too are pointing out for us to see that the end time events are happening in the world. God created the earth and gave instructions in His Word how to live in it, but the world and the things in it are created by the people who do not know God. So you should be careful to understand which one are you following, whether you are following God walking in the spirit or following the world walking in the flesh. Even the devil knows that the time is short and he is attacking people on the earth with great anger. (Revelation 12:12)

You Were Once Darkness, But Now Light In Christ Jesus

Becoming a new creation in Christ Jesus is one time change, which is described as how a person goes from darkness to light. This is not a work-in-progress as some are giving propaganda about the spiritual growth, which is not biblical. Spiritual life is the abandonment of the old self and becoming a new person with divine qualities: this is what should happen to a person, if he/she is born again in spirit and water. Let us examine ourselves whether such an experience had taken place: otherwise you have to reconsider your walk in spiritual life.

Bodily Exercise Profits A Little, But Godliness Profits Eternally

World is after maintaining their body and going any extent to maintain, yet the worldly people are failing miserably and Christians too started conforming to the pattern of this world, which is more pathetic. Let us be very clear, we, who are in Christ, are spirit being and we build up our spirit man with Word of God and walking in what the Word instructs, which is our spiritual food. Bodily exercise profits little, but godliness is profitable to have life here and to the life, which is going to come with Jesus Christ, who is going to rule and reign. We better be concerned to enter into that life, which is life eternal.
