Jesus encountered God:
“When all the people were baptised, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptised; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”” Luke 3:21-22 (NKJV)
Tempted by the devil:
“Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry.” Luke 4:1-2 (NKJV)
Transformed into supernatural being:
“As He prayed, the appearance of His face was altered, and His robe became white and glistening. And behold, two men talked with Him, who were Moses and Elijah, who appeared in glory and spoke of His decease which He was about to accomplish at Jerusalem. And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!”” Luke 9:29-31, 35 (NKJV)
We also got to equip ourselves with the power from above to face the devil and his devices. We have to be sinless, empowered by the Holy Spirit and operate in authority full of faith to win every temptation and become supernatural being like Jesus, who could do the same coming in the form of man and set a path which every believer got to follow.
Jesus Calls for those who thirst
“On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7:37-39 (NKJV)
HIS RESURRECTION POWER IN US
We need humility before God and the people of God. Receive when you come to church the power that rose Jesus from dead. You call on God with thirst for fresh revelation then you will surely receive. Faith is mandatory to operate in the resurrection power. When we put faith in action all you are asking you will receive. It is already there, kept for you by God in Christ Jesus. If you do not allow faith to work, all your dreams are inactive.
1) Filthiness to Holiness: Romans 6:22(NKJV)
“We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.” I John 5:19-20 (NKJV)
2) Shame to glory: Colossians 3:3(NKJV)
“which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.” 1 Corinthians 2:8, 10, 12 (NKJV)
3) Captivity to freedom: John 8:34-36(NKJV)
“Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 (NKJV)
4) Foolishness to wisdom: Galatians 3:1-3(NKJV)1 Corinthians 3:19-21(NKJV)
“But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; that no flesh should glory in His presence. But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption— that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the Lord.”” 1 Corinthians 1:27, 29-31 (NKJV)
5) Sickness to health: 1 Peter 2:21-24(NKJV)
“But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” Romans 8:9-11 (NKJV)
6) Death to life: Romans 2:7-8(NKJV)
““Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.” John 5:24-25 (NKJV)
7) Slavery to dominion: Ephesians 1:18-21(NKJV)
“But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:4-9 (NKJV)
8) Poverty to riches: Philippians 4:19-20(NKJV) 1 Timothy 6:17-18(NKJV)
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.” 2 Corinthians 8:9 (NKJV)
“For if by the one man’s offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.” Romans 5:17 (NKJV)
